  • Most websites are completed within 7–10 business days after onboarding is finished. Onboarding length depends on scheduling availability for both HopeSpring and the client. Some clients also prefer to do a photoshoot, which can add on to the timeline.

  • We usually base the design on your logo. If you don’t have one, we suggest making one, and we can assist for an extra fee. For photos, a good phone camera works well. If you don’t have pictures, we can use stock photos. We can always build without either, and you can have it updated in the future as well.

  • You don’t have to. We handle the setup, write your SEO copy, and explain everything in clear, simple terms.

  • Yes, but it’s a straightforward agreement with a plain-language summary — designed to protect you and us equally.

  • We can easily add more pages through our add-ons or monthly retainers. That’s the beauty of LaunchSpring, you can start small and grow when you’re ready.

  • Nope! Squarespace is built to be user-friendly, and we’ll train you on how to make small edits with confidence.

  • Absolutely. We’ll give you full access and a simple walkthrough so you can make updates anytime. If you are a monthly client, please forward all edit requests to us to ensure they don’t conflict with our strategies.
